I installed the last version of the application on my iphone and it crashes at launch, I updated my iphone but the application continues to crash with the last version of IOS, is it possible to have a previous version of the Brain application please?
Unfortunately, it's not up to us but to the fact that in order to work with the new iOS versions of the new Apple devices, Apple releases new versions of the Xcode libraries (used to compile apps for iOS) and with each new version of Xcode Apple removes compatibility with older versions of iOS without warning, reporting and communicating which versions of iOS are no longer compatible with their new versions of Xcode.
Despite this, Apple after its tests and verifications has approved the publication on their store of the new version of our app without sending us any communication or reporting of incompatibility.
This is just one of many other complications that Apple app developers have to deal with.
Unfortunately, Apple's main business is to try to keep selling new smartphones and tablets to its users.
Every two years we are forced to buy new iPhones and new iPads, replacing the old ones, in order to be able to test the apps with the new iOS versions that after two years don't load and don't update anymore on the old devices.
We are trying to resolve this issue with Apple so that we can release a new version that is still compatible with older versions of iOS.
If we are not able to resolve with Apple, and the next release is still not compatible with older versions of iOS, we will enable with the next release the ability to also download older versions that are compatible with older versions of iOS.
