Shipments and Returns
Your Pack Shipment
Orders received and paid in the morning will be prepared and shipped the same working day, otherwise the next working day. Packages are generally delivered within 2 / 3 WORKING days (up to 4/5 WORKING days for free shipping) after receipt of payment, and are shipped via DHL or FedEx or UPS, or other courier, with tracking and drop-off without signature. After the shipment of the parcel, you can find a link to track your packages online, under “My Account”, “Orders”. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as shipment costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and total volume (the major) of the shipment and the place of destination. We recommend you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, since shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, even though special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
Products To Be Returned
During the warranty period, we assume to manage items with manufacturing defects, with no charge of shipping, nor any fee. We also take the opportunity to underline the fact that our products must be correctly set-up / programmed by user, for which reason most of problems can be sorted out in the Q&A section. Before a return can be made, a Return Merchandise Authorization by email must be sent describing the problem with the unit. To the request email, the Configuration, Events and a Logs files of the unit must be attached. Unopened and unused MSH packages may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Units that have been activated for longer than the warranty period, units that have obviously been tampered with, units that are open or without the casing, or with the casing broken due to a crash will not be replaced under warranty.
