Hi

The magnetic sensor works great with Brain 2. I have a question about Futaba BPS-1. When I connected BPS-1 to Brain 2, the governor didn't recognise any input from the sensor. Does Brain 2 support this sensor?

Best!

Yes, Futaba BPS-1 sensors have been used for years and successfully.
Beware that being magnetic sensors they do not work with some YS motors because they use non-magnetic materials.
For other motors there are usually no problems.
With SBP-1 as indicated by Futaba instructions a "special engine backplate" is required.

In general with all magnatic sensors (e.g., Spektrum also has them) if they do not read the connecting rod pin passage correctly, it may be helpful to move the sensor closer to or farther away from the bottom of the engine using, for example, washers under the mounting brackets
