If the model is set up correctly, is well balanced, the same type of batteries are always used in the same position and the tracking of the two blades in flight is correct, this is 99.9% of the time due to high vibrations of the model.
You can either reduce the model vibrations (always a preferable solution from a mechanical point of view) or reduce the model vibrations transmitted to the control unit by masking them with a softer and more spongy double-sided fixing tape. Also the cables connected to the flight control unit must be loose in order not to transmit model vibrations to the control unit.

Have you checked if the Global Vibrations value in your flight log is below 200 as expected?

Can you send the configuration file of your flight control unit, the Events file and a flight log file of one of your flights?
