Dear MSH support or anyone who can help, I am running Spektrum DX9, SPM4651T with SRXL2 protocol, Hobbywing 80amp ESC with BEC voltage 8.0v, and Torq servos. I have spent that last two months building a brand new Trex 470L. I hovered a couple packs with minor issues, partial loss of power but I thought this was due to an exhausted battery, but was able to land because power immediately came back on as soon as it dopped off.
Then I took the helicopter for a maiden flight. Brand new and fully charged Liperiar 6S 80C 2400mah battery. I hovered for 3 minutes or so then began pitch pumping around 300 seconds into the flight. Then around 330 seconds into the flight, my throttle cut out and the machine performed an uncommanded loop and then crashed nose first into the ground.
Upon checking the logs it shows that my throttle went into fail safe multiple times and it shows that receiver signal off multiple times.
I am attaching all MSH telemetry files. Please look at this and let me know what the root cause is. I want to rebuild my helicopter and don't want this to happen any more.
Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to know or like to see.
Thank you!
Good morning,
Unfortunately, there appears to be no file attached to your post and therefore we cannot analyze the configuration to better understand what kind of model and components you are using and to check how the configuration was done and if it is correct and the transmitter channels have correct directions and amplitudes. Without the event file and without a Flight Log we cannot even be able to analyze if there is any problem in the power supply, receiver operation, or mechanics
We can only ask you if your 4651T receiver has been updated with the latest firmware released by Spektrum (v.2.44) because previous versions of the firmware would occasionally bring the Throttle signal to zero but without reporting that it was due to a Fail Safe and thus it was interpreted as an intended command even though it was not and even using satellites as redundancy, the signal deemed valid would cause the motor to shut down which then had to slowly restart due to the governor soft start.
However, it had never occurred until now or even once that the model executed a loop without being requested by the pilot.
This could indicate to the breaking of a link or mechanical uniball or servo horn, and it would serve to be able to analyze whether there was a sudden increase in the model's mechanical vibration curve trend.
@customercare Hi! I tried to open a support ticket using the Brain software as indicated in the instructions. However I receive this error message:
Also the system here will not allow me to attach any more files. I will post a link instead to my personal Onedrive:

Looking at the vibration logs it doesn't seem bad to me but please do check and let me know your analysis. Regarding the loop, it could have been me panicking on the sticks, pulling back in a desperate move to get the helicopter out of a nose down direction that began once I lost rotor thrust, then the sticks went dead the the machine performed a loop.
Thank you MSH support!
PS I ordered the USB programming cable to update my SRXL2 receiver. I am not sure that it needs an update but will find out when I receive the cable.
PS2. It seems the wordpress website will not allow me to post an HTTPS Onedrive file sharing link. Please advise on how you would like me to get the log files to you.

To understand why you are unable to send us e-mail through support requests, it would be helpful to know whether you have an active and stable Internet connection, what kind of antivirus you use, and whether you have tried before sending the support request or attaching files to temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall.
Have you tried sending us an e-mail with files attached to "customercare@msh-electronics.com" yet?
I would like to post that MSH support is assisting me via email for this. Once a resolution is obtained, I will share it here in the event someone else is facing this. Thank you MSH support.
I am happy to report that MSH support resolved this issue. It was resolved by adding a Satellite receiver to the Brain. So now I have the original SRXL2 receiver plus a Spektrum SPM9745 satellite. Now the unit is rock solid, no more loss of signal.
What I learned from this is always add at least 1 satellite. Do NOT just trust your base receiver!!!
