Hello~~
My Brain2 firmware and pc software version is 3.4.012.
I encountered a situation, when i changed exponential value in the Brain2(ail, ele, tail(rud), pitch), any of these, the receiver channel output value in Brain2 will be change?
Example 1:
When i changed aileron exponential value (0 ->10) in the Brain2, the receiver aileron channel output in the Brain2 will be changed (-100 -> -93, 100 -> 93).
Example 2:
When i changed pitch exponential value (0 -> -20) in the Brain2, the receiver pitch channel output in the Brain2 will be changed (-100 -> -107, 100 -> 107).
Was this correct?
I do my best to expression this situation, but my grammar is not fluent, I'm sorry.
This bug was fixed in 3.4.013
Hi BrainDev:
So will this bug solve in subsequent versions?
Hi BrainDev:
So will this bug solve in subsequent versions?
As we have explained everywhere (in the Support Form, in the first FAQ, in the Blog, in the forum sticky), when the requested files (at least the configuration file) are not sent to us, we are not able to reproduce and verify the phenomenon so we can't do anything.
Sorry.
Hello BrainDev:
First of all, I'm sorry about I don't submit a problem in accordance with the support rules.
Now explain my device ~~
1. Receiver: Frsky R-XSR (Access FW Ver: 2.1.0)
2. Transmitter: Frsky X9-Lite (ISRM-N Access FW Ver: 2.1.0, OpenTX Ver: 2.3.10-OTX)
3. Protocol in Brain2: F.Port (inverted)
The configuration file has been uploaded, please help me to judge this is my setting problem or the others problem, thank you.
Hi BrainDev:
Please help me to judge this is my setting problem or the others problem, thank you.
We have checked the submitted configuration and have not found any noteworthy problems except for panel 13 where no flight style was defined for Setup 3.
Regarding exponentials, as already explained this has been already solved and approved by beta testers but before releasing the new firmware we need to finish the work in progress on other features.
In the meantime, and for now, the exponential problem can be easily solved in many ways:
a) If you use the same value of exponentials on all three setups just change the ATVs of the transmitter to get -100% +100% excursions.
b) If you use different values of exponentials, you can reset the exponentials on the flight control unit and use the exponentials on the transmitter.
c) You can downgrade the firmware to version 3.4.000.
d) If the excursions do not reach exactly the +100% or -100% values but the numerical value fields still remain green, the control units still work correctly and without problems (so, you can use a "medium" value for ATV that stay in green area).
