I just purchased a brain 2 from amain hobbies. Took it out of the box, downloaded the app for my windows computer and when I plugged it in it said needs firmware update when I clicked ok it said my serial number was not valid and to contact MSH. I emailed customer support but wanted to post here as well however I blacked out part of the serial number since this can be viewed by anyone. I would appreciate some help asap, eager to get it set up on my heli to fly this weekend. Thanks.

Thank you for the fast turnaround regarding my issue. Thanks to customer care it has been resolved. ?
