As you know, I do a LOT of file comparisons! I load and unload all three types of files regularly. It would be most helpful to indicate the loaded file at the top of the relevant tabs (and to remain there when the data can scroll). This would be true for the Configuration, Flight Log, and Events files.
The question is not entirely clear.
Do you mean that the name is displayed within the saved files or that it is displayed in the configuration app screen?
As far as Recorded Logs / Flight Logs are concerned, the name of the Recorded Log downloaded from the flight controller loaded from a previously saved file is already displayed (both with the flight controller connected and in Demo Mode) on the top screen. The default name is also present in the csv files saved in the PC.
As far as configuration files are concerned, the file name is already displayed in the development software:
Therefore, we will make it visible in the public version of the software by moving it a little higher, adding the date when the file was saved and showing under "** DEMO MODE **" in the fields Serial:, Firmware:, Software; the values of when the file was saved (the current software version and the serial number of the currently connected flight controller if you load not in demo mode are still displayed in the top bar).
For Event files loaded in Demo Mode (Event files cannot be loaded with the flight controller connected but only in Demo Mode), we will make sure that their name is displayed at the top before the column headings.
