Got a new Ikon HD installed on. SAB 580 Nitro. Throttle Servo doesn’t have full travel for my engine. Not a bad Servo because it works on another Channel. Torq C1208 Digital set at 760. Gorvernor sensor is also not responding.

No normal green led. Flashing led pulses twice without connection. Only Ikon battery….

Even if you have already done so, simply try downloading the latest firmware 3.4.239 from our servers again (File Menu on top left: “Manual Firmware Upload ...” ).
Then let us know if this has solved the problem.

Otherwise, to help us better understand your problem, what components you use, what your flight controller configuration is, what the input and output signals are, but since we cannot be in front of the model with your transmitter in hand and the flight controller connected to a PC, you will need to send us the flight controller configuration file, the events file, and a recorded log.
We have explained how to download the files and send them to us when you request assistance here:

Regarding the movement of your servo with a center pulse of 760us that does not move completely:

Have you read our instructions and done what we recommend for throttle servos with a center pulse of 760us?

Regarding the rotation pulse signal, if you have only recently started practicing this hobby, you should know that magnetic sensors cannot detect the magnet if it has been fixed with reversed north/south magnetic polarity. If this is the case, it is as if the magnet were not present.
In addition, the magnetic sensors must be placed very close to the magnet. Usually, to fix the sensor in the correct position, a sheet of paper folded in half is placed between the magnet and the sensor, then the sensor is pushed towards the magnet and fixed in this position (paper removed).
It is important to use a good quality two-component adhesive with a long curing time to fix the magnets in place because, if the magnet were to come unstuck and protrude from its seat due to the vibrations generated by the motor, it would cut through the sensor during rotation, damaging or breaking it.

Another thing to note is that Align magnetic sensors (we don't know which sensor you are using) have their cable colors reversed, with red being negative and black being positive.
We have also explained this in our FAQ:

I just saw that clip of the 760 pulse Servo min-max. It worked! Travel is good and can be set accordingly.

Thank You.

Excellent!

We are pleased to hear that we were able to help you read the instructions and that this enabled you to resolve your issue.

In the configuration file you sent us, we see that for your throttle servo with a center pulse of 760us, which works with a PWM signal range from 500us to 1000us, you had mistakenly set the minimum to 500us and left the maximum at 2000us. We imagine that you have now corrected the Throttle Out MAX value in panel 12 of the Wizard by lowering it to 1000us.

We imagine that when you refer to a clip, you are referring to our screenshots that you saw only after writing three more posts.

From the configuration file of your flight controller that you sent, we see that yours is a medium/large 580 class model, but we see that you are using only one Spektrum satellite to control the model.

We strongly suggest that you use a second satellite connected to the other SAT2 port.

The old generation of Spektrum satellites had two small antennas, but only one of them worked.

In the new versions of their satellites, Spektrum now more correctly and honestly installs only one antenna, making it clearer to users that a single satellite with a single antenna has poor coverage.

In their documentation, Spektrum always mentioned the need to use at least two satellites for the “Diversity” function, obtained with antennas positioned at 90° to each other, to work.

The “Diversity” function is nothing more than greater radio signal coverage obtained by means of a second antenna.

Remember that RC helicopter frames are made of carbon, and carbon is conductive and therefore acts as a shield to the radio signal when, in flight, the single satellite antenna is positioned relative to the transmitter antenna "behind the carbon frame (and/or other metal parts of the model).

With only one satellite and one antenna, you risk losing control of the model while it is in flight. This may only happen for a few moments, but it could still be fatal since you have selected 3D flight mode, which involves very fast and rapid movements of the model.

We consider the problem reported in your thread to be resolved and are therefore closing it.
