We know nothing about your configuration, what transmitter you are using, what receiver you are using (is telemetric?), how you have configured your flight controller, etc. etc.
It is impossible to help you without any information.

For configuration of the Spektrum protocol on transmitters with Multi radio modules and OpenTX or EdgeTX operating systems, have you already read everything on the last page of the PDF document "Telemetry" downloadable from the MANUALS section of our Windows, Android, iOS apps?

Have you already selected in the Help menu of the Windows app the "Download Latest OpenTX/EdgeTX Integration" line, unzipped the ZIP file and opened the "SRXL2 Multi" folder and read the "Readme.txt" file?
